Who makes the products?

Currently we use Inkthreadable, a UK based fulfilment company. This mean we can offer a larger amount of designs in more sizes with less waste.

How long will my order take?

Orders are normally posted within 3 to 5 working days of being placed. Delivery time is additional to this.

For UK orders:

Royal Mail 24: 1–3 days after dispatch

Royal Mail 48: 2–5 days after dispatch

Courier: usually 1 working day after dispatch

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service.

Embroidered items can sometimes take a little longer to process.

Sometimes there can be errors with orders that can take additional time to fix.

Is shipping tracked?

Yes. All orders are sent using tracked shipping. You'll receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Please email us (thesadghostclub@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving it to let us know what you'd like to return with your order number.

You'll then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you'll need to cover the cost of returning it.

What if my item is faulty?

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at thesadghostclub@gmail.com with your order number and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Because our products are made and fulfilled by Inkthreadable, we aren't able to offer direct exchanges in the usual way. Please contact us for options.

Where do you post orders from?

All shop orders are shipped from the UK.

Will I have to pay import tax or customs charges?

For international orders, we ship Delivered Duty Paid where possible, which means import duties and taxes are paid upfront and you shouldn't be asked to pay them on delivery.

If DDP isn't available for your destination, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that apply. So please check your local import fees before ordering if you're unsure.

We use IOSS for EU orders, so applicable VAT is collected at checkout.
